Abigail Dillen is the President of Earthjustice, leading the organization’s staff, board and supporters to advance our mission of using the courts to protect our environment and people’s health. She is based at headquarters in San Francisco, California.

Vice President of Litigation Practice

Jamils joined Earthjustice in 2019 as Vice President of Litigation Practice. She is responsible for developing and administering programs and processes that ensure the effective management of Earthjustice’s law practice and the people within it, training and development of the litigation staff, and alignment with the organization’s vision, strategic goals, and core values.

Vice President of Policy & Legislation

He leads a team of advocates that work with policymakers in Congress, federal agencies, and the White House to advance some of the most consequential policy issues around climate, environmental health, and biodiversity

Senior Vice President of Operations

Based in San Francisco, Andrew is Earthjustice’s Senior Vice President of Operations, overseeing finance, accounting, information technology, facilities, human resources, and the General Counsel’s office.

Vice President of Development

Libby Marsh is the Vice President of Development, overseeing management of Earthjustice’s development staff and helping to connect our supporters to our mission of using the courts to protect our environment and people’s health. She is based in San Francisco, California.

Senior Vice President of Programs

Sam is Earthjustice’s Senior Vice President for Programs. Sam leads our Program Leadership Team, which develops Earthjustice’s strategy for carrying out our mission through litigation, lobbying and regulatory advocacy, and communications.

Vice President of Litigation

Andre has been at the front lines of some of the most significant battles for civil rights and racial justice across the country. Prior to joining Earthjustice, Andre served as the legal director for the ACLU of Texas, where he led teams of lawyers to challenge the onslaught of threats to the rights of marginalized communities throughout the state

Vice President of Litigation for Healthy Communities

A leading environmental attorney and legal scholar, Patrice began his career as an attorney in the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of General Counsel, and later served as a counsel to EPA’s Environmental Appeals Board and as a Senior Attorney with the Natural Resources Defense Council.

Senior Vice President of Communications and Marketing

Steve is the senior vice president of Communications and Marketing. He is responsible for leading the overall strategy, management, and operations of the creative, digital, marketing, and public affairs teams, ensuring communications resources create the greatest impact.

Vice President of Litigation for Climate and Energy

Based in Washington, D.C., Jill leads the organization’s litigation and legal advocacy to achieve a swift and equitable shift from fossil fuels to 100% clean energy, and to curb the devastating effects of climate change.
